Senior Manager / AGM - Project Manager

• Degree: BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 14 Years experience
• Experience: Proven experience in Project Management with exposure to the commercial conditions of contracts and technical specifications of equipment, preferably in the hydro power sector.

1. Project Management:
   • Preparation and management of Project Schedules.
   • Creation of Project Plans, including cost and time budgets.
   • Cash flow management and MIS (Management Information System)for regular reviews.
   • Invoicing, Payment Collections, and financial tracking.
   • Procurementof materials, both manufactured items and bought-out items, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
2. Coordination & Monitoring:
   • Interact with Clients/Consultantsfor smooth project execution and issue resolution.
   • Attend Project Review Meetingsto monitor project progress and address any discrepancies.
   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and execution as per project timelines.
   • Monitor project executionat various sites, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
   • Take corrective actions as necessary to ensure the project stays on time and within budget.
3. Project Controls:
   • Ensure adherence to time and cost budgets, optimizing project delivery.

Handle project review meetings, project controls, and ongoing monitoring to ensure success.
