GM- International Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Oversee the workflow of all departments. Take reporting from all the department heads.

Be an individual contributor for the position in the International marketing team as head.

Work individually as

• Oversee and manage the entire export process from order placement to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations.
• Develop and implement export strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Monitor changes in trade policies and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Manage and mentor the export operations team.
• Resolve any issues related to export shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in export management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record in managing export operations and achieving growth targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
