Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for SPC and quartz products.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to expand market share.
  • Work with senior management to set sales goals, budgets, and projections for the short and long term.

2. Business Development:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and key decision-makers in the construction, real estate, and interior design sectors.
  • Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients in domestic markets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

3. Sales Operations and Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure proper coordination between sales, marketing, and production teams to meet customer demands.
  • Oversee sales operations such as pricing, contract negotiations, and order fulfilment.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and technical support on SPC flooring and quartz products.

5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights on market conditions, product demand, and customer preferences to guide product development.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.

7. Product Knowledge and Innovation:

  • Stay informed about new developments in SPC and quartz products, including innovations in design, production techniques, and materials.
  • Work with the R&D and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SPC flooring, quartz countertops, or related building materials.
  • Strong knowledge of SPC and quartz products, manufacturing processes, and the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in both domestic and international markets is highly desirable.
