Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting.Document and maintain technical specifications and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions.Experience in implementing and configuring cloud contact center platforms.Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a contact center environment.
Additional Information:The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A BE, Btech, or MCA degree is required.
