Floatex Solar- Floatex Solar is India's largest supplier and manufacturer of floating solar power plants. Floatex manufactures plastic pontoons through blow molding technology. Floatex Solar has its HQ located in Delhi and a manufacturing plant in Mahasamund, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Responsibilities:-

A blow mold operator's job is to set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines that produce hollow plastic objects.

1. Should have experience of running large, Blow Molding machines 200 liter or above.

2. Should have basic hydraulic knowledge

3. Should be comfortable working in day/night shift

• Set up and adjust machines: Set up the machine, molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Operate machines: Run the machine to produce the desired product.
• Monitor machine operations: Make sure the machine is working properly and producing quality output.
• Make corrections: Make corrections to the product during the molding process, such as welding or finishing.
• Inspect products: Check the products for surface defects and flaws, and make sure they meet specifications.
• Perform minor maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and make minor repairs to the equipment.
• Take care of scrap: Handle scrap pieces to keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Set up and operate blow molding machines to mold plastic bottles or other plastic products
• Monitor machines for proper operation, making adjustments as needed
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Verify product dimensions and ensure quality control
• Maintain accurate production records
• Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions
