SAP Commerce Developer - Hybris Platform (6-12 yrs)

About the Role :

Contract Duration : 6 months

Location : Remote

Working Hours :2 PM - 10 PM IST / 3 PM - 11 PM IST / 4 PM - 12 AM IST

Notice Period : Immediate joiners only (bench resources preferred)

Experience Range : 6-12 years

Responsibilities :

Development & Customization :

- Design and develop advanced e-commerce solutions on the SAP Hybris platform for both B2C and B2B models.

- Customize Hybris CMS and e-commerce suite, including WCMS, Solr search integration, HMC, Product

- Cockpit, Admin Console, and CronJobs.

- Configure and manage catalog structures, workflows, and product data models to ensure seamless operations.

Composable Storefront & Headless Architecture :

- Develop and implement scalable headless commerce solutions using SAP Composable Storefront and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs.

SAP Integration Expertise :

- Integrate SAP Hybris with backend systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

- Leverage Hybris Data Hub for data synchronization between systems (advantageous).

- Work on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline customer experience (if applicable).

REST/SOAP Web Services :

- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for seamless communication between systems.

- Build highly scalable and secure services for end-to-end e-commerce workflows.

Team Leadership :

- Lead cross-functional development teams within an Agile framework, ensuring on-time and quality deliverables.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members while actively contributing as an individual developer when required.

Technological Proficiency :

- Utilize Java/J2EE, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, and associated web technologies to build robust e-commerce applications.

- Employ standards and best practices for portal applications, content management systems, and high-traffic online systems.

Skills & Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven hands-on experience with the SAP Hybris platform, including customization and implementation for both B2C and B2B environments.

- Strong understanding of catalog management, product categorization, and workflows within Hybris.

- Proficiency in using Hybris tools such as WCMS, HMC, ImpEx, and Solr search engine integration.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with CPQ solutions and Hybris Data Hub is a strong advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of headless commerce architecture and composable storefront development.
