HR Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

- He/She will be part of the HR and work with the Cluster HR Lead to define & execute the HR deliverables.
- Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in for building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.
- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc on a day-to-day basis ensure closure of employees issues, maintain employee relations across assets..
- Managing the entire Employees life cycle- hire to retire.
- Develop effective stakeholder management across to ensure seamless execution & business partnering.
-Provide ideas for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
- Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities.
-Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within the HR organization.
- Should have passion in leading a successful and challenging work environment.
- Provide HR support related to HR system and supports stakeholders in HR decision and roadmap Drive adherence to HR process, metric and plan Implement.
- Open to work in stretching hours during business exigencies.
