Regional Manager - Non Large, First and Last Mile Operations

About the Role:
As a Regional Manager at Ekart, lead Non Large, First and Last Mile Operations, ensuring excellence and cost-efficiency across the region. Manage a team of Cluster, Area, and Territory Managers, focusing on profitability, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Profitability: Optimize operational costs and performance.
- Cost Control: Reduce Cost per Delivery (CPD) to meet targets.
Customer Escalation Management:
- Customer Issues: Collaborate to resolve escalations quickly.
- Customer Complaints: Track and reduce delivery/quality complaints.
SOP Adherence:
- SOP Compliance: Ensure high adherence to SOPs across hubs.
Workforce & Manpower Management:
- Manpower Availability: Ensure sufficient trained staff as per plans.
- Manpower Utilization: Align staffing with operational demand.
Shrinkage & Loss Prevention:
- Shrinkage Control: Minimize inventory loss during transit, storage, or handling.
- Shrinkage KPIs: Set and track shrinkage goals to control losses.
Operational Excellence:
- Efficiency: Improve delivery accuracy, speed, and visibility.
- Corrective Actions: Identify and address operational gaps.
Team Development:
- Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor Cluster, Area, and Territory Managers.
- Performance Reviews: Set KPIs and ensure alignment with goals.
- Performance Reporting:
- Monthly Reviews: Track CPD, SOP Compliance, Shrinkage, and Manpower metrics.
- Review Meetings: Conduct Monthly Review Meetings (MRMs) to assess performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Tech or MBA (from Tier I/II institutes preferred).
Experience:
- 8+ years in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.
- At least 3 years in managerial or leadership roles.

- Customer Focus
- Proactive issue resolution, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
- Operational Agility
- Adapt strategies to meet customer/business needs.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor metrics: CPD, Shrinkage, Delivery Accuracy.

- Lead by example, mentor teams, and drive Customer Obsession.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational inefficiencies.
