Senior Executive Assistant

You are Responsible for

• Manage the CHROs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure timely and effective communication within the HR leadership team and across departments.
• Assist in tracking HR projects, key deliverables, and action items.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as required.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the CHRO.Role & responsibilities
