Manager - Partner Channel (USO)

Job Purpose:
The Partner Channel Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the partner channel including LM and FM, ensuring sufficient supply targets are met and team performance is optimized. They play a key role in driving results, providing leadership, and maintaining high standards in effective communication and engagement.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual with relevant experience to join our Last Mile Team.

What you'll do:

• Leading the overall partner channel management team to scale capacity by adhering to all the reliability & customer service guardrails
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the right model mix is getting adhered in the ground.
• Creating the detailed Cluster specific Scale up Strategies to ensure faster ramp up & reliable performance
• Ensuing the regular leadership updates around the Scale up, Challenges & Solutioning around the capacity.
• Contribution to the capacity building with a very strong Outside-In perspective, Industry trends, best practices and exposure of emerging technologies to ensure future fit processes.
• Creating a governance framework around various cluster level strategies and create a lead database for onboarding and RSPS creation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks of availability callouts and create a strategy to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Creating a strong KPI around the Scale Up & Overall monitoring of cluster level performance issues in this program
• Build predictive models and conduct forecasting to inform business decisions
• Coordinating with partners and create more partner base to ensure partners are well established in key critical areas.
• Drive entrepreneurship model in the Gig Workforce to create more wealth and entrepreneur in the ecosystem.
  
  
  What you'll need:
• Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Hands-on experience in establishing and driving process improvements & competitive benchmarking
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution. Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution
• Proven track record of taking ownership and of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, including history of successfully delivering large scale projects end to end, through the entire life cycle
• Have a minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant roles in the E-commerce logistics domain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. (Advanced Excel/R/Python ETC)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
