Product Formulation

• Develop and optimize formulations for cosmetic products such as skincare, haircare, makeup, and personal care items.
• Conduct stability testing and make necessary adjustments to formulations to ensure product efficacy and longevity.
• Research and incorporate new ingredients, trends, and technologies into product development.

Production Support

• Oversee and support the scale-up process from lab to production.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve formulation or process-related issues.
• Ensure formulations are reproducible and meet production efficiency standards.
• Quality Control & Assurance
  
• Conduct raw material and finished product testing to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, testing, and production processes.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to meet regulatory and company standards.

• Compliance & Documentation
  
• Ensure products comply with local and international cosmetic regulations, such as FDA, EU regulations, or others as applicable.
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure accurate labeling and claims.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, and regulatory affairs to bring products from concept to market.
• Train production and quality teams on formulation requirements and quality standards.
