Job Description

We are looking for B.Com Freshers, who are dedicated and willing to grow career in Finance & Accounts . The ideal candidate should have a understanding of basic accounting principles, knowledge of Tally, knowledge of invoicing, GST, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes.

Responsibilities:

Will be trained for the following:

Day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally software.
Preparing and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments and collections.
Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
Assisting with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
Understanding of Invoicing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software.
Knowledge of statutory compliances related to PF and ESI.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
