Delivery Head - Software Services

The Director / Delivery Head - Software Development Services, at Flexsin Technologies will manage all facets of software development and delivery operations. This role includes overseeing performance based on established KPIs, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy that aligns with the organizations business objectives and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and develop a roadmap for implementing new technologies to enhance products, processes, and services.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists.
• Think, design and create a proof of concept (POC) along with the delivery and technical managers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions that enhance software development and and customer engagement.
• Manage the profit and loss of delivery team and develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks that could impact the organizations operations, data integrity, or reputation.
• Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders.
