Job Description

  • -Oversee on-ground agroforestry project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
  • -Coordinate with field teams, local communities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
  • -Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions in real-time
  • -Collect, validate, and analyze project data
  • -Ensure data accuracy and completeness in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • -Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations
  • -Liaise with data collectors, farmers, local governments, and NGOs to align goals and foster collaboration
  • -Conduct training sessions or workshops as needed to build
  • capacity among project participants
    • Skills Required
  • -Bachelors or Masters degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental
  • Science, or a related field
  • -Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in agroforestry project management and data analysis
  • -Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
  • -Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
  • -Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • -Work Conditions-Willingness to travel to remote project locations as required
