What Youll Do:

- As the Copy Head, you will lead our content team in creating compelling, conversion-driven copy that resonates with audiences across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for:

- Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering an environment of creativity and growth. Shape and refine the tone, voice, and direction of our content.

- Strategic Content Development: Develop content strategies that align with business goals, customer needs, and the latest digital trends. Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive, integrated campaigns.

- Copywriting Excellence: Write, edit, and proofread content that connects with audiences at every touchpoint, from website copy to social media posts, email campaigns, ad copy, blogs, and product descriptions.

- Brand Storytelling: Ensure the brand voice is consistent and persuasive, developing captivating stories that elevate our brand across all channels.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion.

- Team Development: Provide constructive feedback to junior writers, nurturing their skills while maintaining high editorial standards. Help build a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

- Quality Control: Maintain editorial integrity, ensuring all content is consistent, grammatically correct, and aligned with the brands voice.
