About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our web and mobile application development projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

- Implement effective project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure timely delivery.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development technologies and processes.

- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and provide technical guidance.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web and mobile application development.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- PMP certification is a plus
