Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & API Testing (5-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team at FlairDeck in Gurugram.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve defects.

Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.

- Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality and performance.

- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and technical specifications.

- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or JMeter.

- Validate API responses, error handling, and security measures.

- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality standards are met.

- Conduct regular quality audits and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the development team to implement best practices for quality assurance.

- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

- Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to GMP regulations.

- Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of requirements and issues.

- Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in manual testing techniques (black-box, white-box, gray-box).

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter).

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
