Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for our mobile application development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to deliver mobile applications that enhance user experiences.

You will gather requirements, define features, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the development of high-quality, user-centric mobile applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with experience in mobile application development.

- Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and mobile application development lifecycle.

- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools (i.e., Balsamiq, Figma).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and mobile app testing.

Mobile App Strategy & Roadmap :

- Contribute to the definition and prioritization of features and functionalities for the mobile application.

- Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap.

- Monitor market trends, user feedback, and competitive applications to ensure the app remains competitive and relevant.

User Experience & Design :

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the mobile app aligns with user expectations and industry best practices.

- Help design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces based on user research and feedback.

- Ensure that user stories and features reflect the needs of the target audience.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with mobile analytics tools (i.e., Firebase, Google Analytics for mobile apps).

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles specific to mobile platforms.

- Familiarity with coding or scripting languages is a plus (i.e., Swift, Java, Kotlin)
