Job description

E-commerce Operations Management:

Advance excel is must

• Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.).
• Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.

Data Analysis Reporting

• Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights.
• Address issues related to product availability, order cancellations, returns, and customer queries.

Ideal Profile

• Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.
• Experience with order management, inventory forecasting, and logistics management is a plus .

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
