Role & responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Onboarding Support executives should dial at least 200 calls a day with a minimum 240 mins
of talk time.
• Initiate telephonic conversation with the leads provided to them from various channels
and convince them to start a complimentary Digital Therapeutics solution.
• Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive
environment.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver support & sales pitch in a
consultative manner
• Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy where ever required on the call.
• Should have good listening skills
Preferred candidate profile
Atleast 1 yr experience
