Job Description- Member Support Executive
Role:
Managing end-to-end customer support of the assigned Members. Providing updates and reports to internal stakeholders about Member status, grievances and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Providing program walk through, introducing the health coaches and giving app demo over the telephonic call
- Scheduling periodical appointments of members with health coaches and sharing pre-requisites
-Taking timely feedback from the Members and maintain a record of it. Capturing outcomes and measure progress indicator during the telephonic calls
-Following up with members to enhance engagement levels
-Handling member grievances and coordinating with internal stakeholder for quick resolution
-Taking testimonials/Thank you notes from members during/on completion of the program
-Generating referrals from the members on periodical basis
-Convince the Member to re-enrol the Member on completion of the program
-Handle the inbound calls related to service and support
-Sell the program on inbound call in directed by the lead
