Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling wellness and employee benefits solutions.

- In this strategic hunting role, you will acquire new corporate clients, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and drive revenue growth through the promotion of wellness programs such as fitness memberships, health check-ups, and other employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales of Corporate Wellness Solutions:

- Promote and sell wellness programs (fitness memberships, OPD benefits, health check-ups) to corporate HR, Admin, and Procurement teams.

Develop New Business Opportunities:

- Identify and engage potential corporate clients through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets:

- Consistently deliver on sales quotas and revenue goals while identifying opportunities for growth.

Oversee the Sales Cycle:

- Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and proposal presentation to negotiations and contract closures.

Build Strong Client Relationships:

- Foster long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.

Conduct Market Research:

- Stay informed about trends in corporate wellness and employee benefits to anticipate and meet market needs.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and progress toward key goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

- Proven track record in corporate sales, particularly in selling wellness or employee benefit solutions.

- Previous success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.

Industry Knowledge:

- Comprehensive understanding of corporate wellness programs and employee benefits, including fitness memberships and health packages.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Communication and Influence:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

- Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales success.

- Advanced negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.

- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
