Multi-Tasking Staff - Grounds Man/ Support Staff

• We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Multi-Tasking Staff (Grounds Man/ Support Staff)

Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks related to the upkeep of the facility grounds
• This includes mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the outdoor areas
• Support Services: Provide assistance in various support functions, including but not limited to setting up meeting rooms, moving equipment or furniture, and handling general maintenance tasks as needed
• Facility Cleaning: Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the facility
• This includes cleaning common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces
• Waste Management: Properly handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established guidelines
• Ensure recycling efforts are followed and contribute to a sustainable and eco-friendly environment
• Security Assistance: Collaborate with the security team to monitor and report any suspicious activities
• Ensure that the premises are secure and adhere to safety protocols
• Event Support: Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events or special occasions held at the facility
• Provide on-site support during events as required
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other staff members and teams to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment
• Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and address any immediate needs
• Emergency Response: Be familiar with emergency response procedures and act responsibly in case of emergencies, including fire drills or evacuations
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment
• Notify relevant personnel when supplies need to be replenished
