The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Director to spearhead our US market sales efforts.
You will be a revenue generator with proven leadership skills, responsible for driving significant growth and managing a high-performing lead generation team.
Work Location: Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Has exceeded booking revenue targets over USD 1 Million annually over the last 2 years (From US market).
- Has secured new client opportunities through a combination of self-generated leads (alteast 50% contribution) and by leading and collaborating with his/her lead generation team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the US market, exceeding booking revenue targets.
- Secure new client opportunities through a combination of self-generated leads and by leading and collaborating with your inside sales team.
- Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of lead generation representatives, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment that motivates them to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct presentations and effectively communicating the value proposition of Fission Labs' Application Development, Data Engineering, AI-ML, QA, and On-demand resource solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of the US market for technology services, including competitor analysis and industry trends.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Overall 10+ years of technology services sales experience with minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the technology services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Must have strong relationships with previous clients/prospects throughout their career.
- Can hit the ground running from Day One and generate sales/opportunities within the first 60 days.
- Can work in a lean team environment (previous experience working in small and medium organizations would be preferred).
- Strong understanding of Application Development, Data Engineering, AI-ML, QA, and On-demand resource solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing lead generation team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
