Hotel Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
• Manage budgets.
• Implement marketing strategies.
• Handle customer interactions.
• Maintain compliance with Fssai procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise staff.
• Ensure efficient management.
• Fluency in Tamil; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant guidelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management, software Billing with (KOT) cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management/ relevant field or any any field.
• Managing stock inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue .
• Knowledge in manpower handling,front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food service,food quality etc

Preferred candidate profile

Preferrably Experience person in Hotel Industry.
