Software Test Analyst II - (Test Automation using Selenium/Robot framework/TestNG)

About the role:

Design, develop and maintain the tests and testing suite that are integral part of financial risk management software development and release.

The team develops and maintain comprehensive suite of innovative software solutions to optimize financial risk management. The software tools that the team develops, help FIS clients master market and credit risk, achieve regulatory compliance, and make smart decisions that help increase revenue.

FIS invests in cutting-edge technology and embeds it in our solutions to help the industry leap forward. Whether the clients are optimizing capital or supporting complex risk data, modeling and calculations, we can advance the way the clients manage their financial risk.

What you will be doing:

Understand client requirements, technical designs and come up with testing plan and design testing specifications.
Implement tests using appropriate testing tools.
Maintain the regression, integration, smoke and pen test suites.
Run the tests, monitor the tests and improvise where needed.

What you will need:

Experience in Automation framework like Hybrid framework (Keyword + Data Driven) using Core Java/ Selenium/ TestNG/ Robot.
Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience in performing different types of testing like Functional, Smoke, Sanity, integration, Regression, System, UAT, Usability, User Interface testing.
Exposure in Designing Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and preparing Test Release Reports. Experience in Rest API manual/automation testing using POSTMAN
Experience in Scrum, Agile framework.
Knowledge and expertise of the Defect Life Cycle and tools like Jira.

Added bonus if you have:

Knowledge and experience of- Object Oriented Programming - Core Java, C#, python etc
Cloud, Containerization and orchestration, infrastructure as code.
Knowledge in Test Case Management tools - Zephyr, TestRail, Tesklink etc
Agile process.
Finance domain.
