Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Coordinator with a strong background in audio and video technology. The candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of AV products and solutions. The Candidate role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our audio and video technology products and solutions.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands.
