Should be able to communicate with all relevant stake holders and get him self /her self-unblocked if any issues occur.

Should be able complete and deliver all the assignments with out any monitoring or follow up.

Should be available and quick in coordination and issue reporting

Should be able to attend meeting online.

Should be able to travel to work location 3 days a week.
