Industry Experience :
- 1-3 years' experience of working with a Real Estate
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for central zone and driving sales through them
- Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market
- Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs
- Understand CP potential and accordingly extend the required marketing support to deserving CPs
- Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)
- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events organized by the management
- Support the site head in creating micro-market strategy
- Support the core CPs in creating a lead generation plan
- Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs
