Key Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proficiency in volume and lateral hiring
- Previous team handling experience
- Exposure to client interaction
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong job descriptions.
- Implement innovative recruiting methods and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of Volume & Lateral hiring
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
