We're seeking a passionate and eager Junior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing retention marketing campaigns and automations across all channels like WhatsApp, Push Notification, Email, SMS, In-Apps. What You'll Do. Assist in crafting and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business results

Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify trends to for effective campaign messaging and strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-point and impactful

Track campaign performance across various channels, analyze data & metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximum success

Proactively research and identify new growth hacking techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have. 2-3 years of experience in running retention marketing or Customer Lifecycle Management(CLM) campaigns. Bachelor’s degree, preferable in marketing, or a related field. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Knowledge of working on customer engagement platforms like MoEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, Salesforce, WebEngage or similar. Knowledge of analytics and mobile attribution platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of campaign management, digital marketing, marketing automation is preferred. What’s In It For You.
