Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team handling secured & unsecured loans, business loan, and home loan portfolios.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the branch office.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling of products.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in Team Handling roles.
  
• Strong understanding of secured housing loan, secured business loan, unsecured loans, business loan, and secured loan products.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
