Responsibilities:
Direct all recruitment efforts and processes intended to implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment processes
Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase Finvasia brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipeline
Find bottlenecks in the hiring process and devise strategies to overcome
Establish and improve upon existing hiring metrics and KPIs
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast based on business growth plans
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports through dashboard for providing insights on recruitment to the management
Use new sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Conduct HR Round and offer negotiations with candidates
Plan employee referral programs to create an engaged workforce
Implement online and offline employer branding activities
Manage, train and evaluate team of recruiters
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
Skills Required:
Masters' degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification
10+ years overall with a minimum of 6 years experience in HR managerial position in services or BFSI industry
Well-versed with online hiring channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other professional networks
Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, etc.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees
