Sale & Marketing Manager - Outsourcing Business

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. outsourcing market through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing U.S. clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and up-sell opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, enabling effective sales strategies and targeted marketing efforts.
• Proposal & Pitch Creation: Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our companys value proposition to potential clients.
• Outsourcing Solutions: Understand the full range of outsourcing services (IT, BPO, customer service, etc.) we offer and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to create sales strategies and marketing campaigns that target U.S.-based clients, leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation techniques.
• Onsite Client Meetings: Participate in business trips to meet foreign clients in the U.S., presenting solutions, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions and negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs, sales pipeline, and overall progress toward meeting revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing within an offshore outsourcing company, specifically handling U.S. accounts.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the offshore outsourcing industry, including IT, BPO, customer service outsourcing, and how these services align with client needs.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships, particularly with U.S. clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with high-level executives and clients.
• Sales & Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales development, market analysis, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital marketing platforms.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite to meet U.S. clients (up to X% of the time).
• Cultural Sensitivity: Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in managing U.S. outsourcing contracts or projects.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients and handling large-scale outsourcing deals.
• Ability to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for U.S.-based clients.
• Familiarity with offshore outsourcing pricing models and service-level agreements (SLAs).
