Senior Investment Advisor

Role & Key Responsibilities :

• Drive AUM growth through marketing leads and advisors existing network of clients
• Manage the investment portfolios of existing customers
• Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
• Mentor and train junior advisors, ensuring alignment with the company's philosophy and client service standards
• Develop investment-related content for social media, websites, and customer-facing materials
• Represent the company in marketing & educational initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, live workshops and other promotional events

Skills / Required Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth portfolios
• At least 4 years of recent experience working directly with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness & ability to represent the company publicly, including in social media video content
• Deep understanding of financial products and market trends
• NISM X-A + X-B and CFP certifications are preferred, though not mandatory
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred but not mandatory
