The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing branch operation , driving business growth as well as product and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging banking partnerships.
  • Drive sales of financial products through bank branches.
  • Bank Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with bank partners to drive engagement and sales performance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between bank branches and internal teams.
  • Team Leadership & Training:
  • Train and support bank branch staff on product offerings, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor performance and provide necessary guidance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for sales growth strategies.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and present insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple banking relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
