Job Description

  • Proven expertise in Debt Syndication, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding, with a focus on assessing financial projections, credit risk, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large-ticket-size transactions, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts and manage a team of Client Relationship Managers to drive business growth through market and channel sales.
  • Oversee pre-credit assessment operations with a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely evaluation of potential deals.
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate financing transactions while building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of transactions, including review, negotiation, collateral management, securing of term- sheet or sanctioning, due-diligence and timely disbursement of funds.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, due diligence, risk assessment, and preparing investment teasers and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive Debt Funding, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding while ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory frameworks, and risk management policies.
  • Lead CRM and pre-credit assessment operations to optimize lead conversion, deal pipeline management, and business growth.
  • Utilize financial analysis, CRM tools, and risk management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Source and generate new business opportunities, including large-ticket-size deals, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and expertise in financial structuring to drive growth and ensure operational excellence, particularly in handling large-ticket-size transactions.
