Position: HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive - BFSI & Technical Recruitment (On-site) Employment Type: Full Time Compensation: No bar for Right Candidate Work Hours: 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. (Mon to Sat) About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Executive with expertise in technical recruitment for both IT and BFSI teams to join our dynamic team at FinLender. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our organization's growth and success in these critical areas.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies specifically tailored to technical roles within the IT and BFSI teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and hiring needs.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of technical candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles within the IT and BFSI teams at FinLender.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. ? Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs within the IT and BFSI teams, proactively engaging with potential candidates and fostering relationships within the industry.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in technical recruitment, particularly within the IT and BFSI sectors, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Partner with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new technical hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. ? Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, interview status, and hiring metrics to stakeholders and management.
Contribute to other HR initiatives and projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the HR function and FinLender. Relevant Skills Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven work experience as a recruiter specializing in technical roles, particularly within the IT and BFSI sectors, with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent.
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, tools, and technologies relevant to both IT and BFSI teams, including but not limited to software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and financial technology (FinTech).
Demonstrated expertise in using various recruitment methods and tools to attract and engage technical candidates, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical professionals and hiring managers at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality technical talent to meet business objectives and drive organizational success.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
