Credit Manager Debt Funding & Restructuring

As a Credit Manager at FinLender, you will assess creditworthiness, manage debt funding opportunities, and oversee restructuring strategies. This role requires expertise in debt structuring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation, with a focus on distressed debt management and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate deal documents (sanction letters, term sheets, LOIs, valuations).
• Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize debt agreements.
• Lead debt restructuring and recovery strategies.
• Monitor debt portfolios, ensure compliance, and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with treasury, legal, and finance teams.
• Develop structured financing proposals for lenders and investors.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Analyze financial data to drive profitability and strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing credit team.
• Travel as required for client and partner meetings.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA (Qualified).
• 510 years of experience in working capital, project, or corporate finance within a Bank, NBFC, or AIF.
