Role Overview :

Finlabs India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work.

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system security, and optimizing network operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform day-to-day system administration tasks to ensure smooth IT operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

- Manage, support, and troubleshoot VMware infrastructure and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).

- Oversee cloud services and administration, with a minimum of 2-3 years of cloud experience.

- Ensure the stability and security of infrastructure architecture, data centers, and servers.

- Maintain and optimize server hardware, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and enterprise applications.

- Administer Office 365, antivirus solutions, and enterprise security tools.

- Implement best practices for system backups, disaster recovery, and IT security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and business operations.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in system administration.

- Strong expertise in managing, supporting, and troubleshooting VMware infrastructure.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

- Experience with infrastructure architecture, data centers, and server management.

- Hands-on knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, virtualization, Office 365, and enterprise security tools.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT management.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.

- Experience with Linux and Windows server environments.

- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is an added advantage.
