Role & responsibilities


  • Handle the logistical requirements associated with OD programs and processes to include scheduling, maintaining and updating program materials, drafting communications and supporting the creation of learning content to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and customization of learning and development content, including presentations, eLearning modules, and resource materials.
  • Update and maintain reference materials, presentations, and other resources to support OD programs to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives intended to focus on increasing awareness, understanding, and engagement within the organization on supporting an inclusive work environment that is fair and equitable.
  • Provide support and coordinate with HR Business Partners who facilitate learning activities (i.e. course reminders, Pre/Post-class assignments, assigning access in Pinpoint platform, deploying and collecting session evaluations, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure correct deployment of learning modules, management of training records and ensuring accuracy in tracking program completions.
  • Prepares reports to track metrics and progress on program activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and facilitators, addressing logistical questions, navigating OD modules in the HRIS as well as escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams (i.e. IT, LMS, HRIS, etc.).
  • This role requires collaboration across departments and with external vendors with a need for flexibility in work hours to collaborate with counterparts and business stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources or organizational development, preferably with exposure to learning and development or talent management.
  • Experience working in a global environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related program software (i.e. MS Teams, SharePoint) and familiarity with learning management systems or other HR technology tools (Oracle HCM).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for HR data management is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively on time-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company.
  • Ability to operate with the utmost discretion with company and employee data.
  • Ability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities is preferred.
