Job Description of Senior Marketing Manager

Develop marketing plan and initiatives for new customer acquisition and to optimize sales by undertaking
promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in metro and non-metro
markets.

Desired Qualifications: - Post Graduation in Marketing Management (MBA)
Experience : 5-10 years of work experience in offline Marketing, BTL activities, alliances and
investor meets with luxury brands

Location : Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Marketing plan with comprehensive offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Planning and executing tie-ups, promotional activities and investor meetings
• Strategize marketing communication for direct marketing channels (email/WhatsApp/SMS/IVR) to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly set targets against KPI's.
• Experience in performance marketing for lead generation through Digital Marketing
• Define key metrics, track the campaign performances, and derive insights to implement for future campaigns.
• Designing and producing marketing collaterals
• Designing and creating analysis dashboards on weekly basis and reporting to higher management
• Co-ordinate with the advertising agency, digital marketing agency, and customer relations team for effective rollout of tactical campaigns.
• Ensure that all communication is in line with the Brand Guidelines
• Managing Marketing initiatives within given Marketing budget
