Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Account Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
Work with internal teams to provide optimal solutions to the customer.
Customer Service and Support:
Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
Act as an advocate for the customer within the company.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities.
Prepare regular reports on account performance and progress.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products and services.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
