- Establish strong relationship with financial institutions/ banks.
- Ensuring relevant data is shared with the institutions by coordinating with internal team.
- Periodical competitive benchmarking analysis to provide insights and market intelligence about the players operating in the similar markets and their approach to avail debt.
- To analyse and ensure timely submission of MIS to the Management.
- Fund raising
- Loan documentation, Monthly / Quarterly reporting to banks
- Advise on investment of surplus funds
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Finalisation of Accounts under Indian GAAP.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and year-end process
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- To review and analyse closely expenditure on daily basis and analyse this for cost savings & MIS reporting.
- Lead the budgeting & forecasting exercise to develop, maintain, and analyse budgets & forecasts.
- Preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Responsible for review and accuracy of production cost.
- Submission of documentation and data to banks as required.
- Conversant with Companies Act, Income Tax and GST laws
- Should be able to establish effective coordination across functions viz; Sales, Commercial, Production & Post Production.
