CRIF India, recognized as a Great Place to Work 2023, is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Sales to join the team.
The role focuses on driving BFSI software sales, particularly in the lending space, while managing client relationships and acquiring new accounts in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients (hunt new logos) in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC segments.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts (8-10 accounts) through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities in the BFSI software product/services domain.
- Build a deep understanding of the lending domain to address client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain and enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and align with industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 4-8 years of experience, with 3-7 years in BFSI software product/services sales.
- Proven expertise in BFSI software sales, preferably in the lending space.
- Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively
