HR Recruiter in Finbros Capital Advisory - Thane Location

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bulk Hiring:

• Lead and manage high-volume recruitment processes across various departments.
• Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet the companys staffing needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other channels to source candidates.

2. Continuous Recruitment:

• Implement and maintain a continuous hiring pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements throughout the year.
• Forecast hiring needs based on company growth and turnover trends.

3. Salary Negotiation:

• Conduct salary negotiations with candidates in alignment with company budget and compensation guidelines.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on competitive salary offers and compensation packages.

4. Candidate Experience:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

5. Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Work with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy and company objectives.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Analyse recruitment data to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates are welcome.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiation, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
