Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization using SAP FI CO Finance.Most Imp - Should be working on Funds management & Grants Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP FI CO Finance.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools and techniques.

Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions.
