Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities.

Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.

Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

Knowledge of financial systems and tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial reporting systems.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
