Summary:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve providing financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization using Oracle Financials Cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion or Cognos.

Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Solid grasp of financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
