Urgently Hiring For Finance Controllership Profile

This Position is for HCD vertical of RSPL Group:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic closure of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Prepare necessary schedules for period closure, along with variance analysis and insight for the management action.
• Review and process expense provisions, ensuring they are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting policies.
• Review General Ledger (GL) entries, ensuring they are correctly classified and supported by documentation.
• Ensure that all financial activities are in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead various Statutory and internal audit of company.
• Supervise periodic balance reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA or CA with experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, Ind AS) and their practical application in day-to-day accounting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and management.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet stiff deadlines and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
